You can take a walk along the river, visit the Bars in downtown Windsor or learn about Indigenous history and the American Invasion of Canada in 1812, when the United States declared war on Great Britain. Windsor even has fascinating stories about the subway and the rum race when alcohol was smuggled during Prohibition.

You can take a short 15-minute bus ride from the center of Windsor or about 40 minutes on foot.
